Ledgerline Cloud is a hosted month-end workspace for small finance teams, bookkeepers and agencies. It is operated by Yusuf Choudhury.

Team is £29 a month. It includes 5 users and 2,000 actions. Extra users are £6 each a month. Extra actions are 2p each.

Business is £99 a month. It includes 20 users and 10,000 actions. Extra actions are 1.5p each. Business includes SSO and an audit log. No extra user price is approved above 20 users.

Enterprise starts from £499 a month and starts with the contact form. It is not sold through checkout.

AI usage is token cost plus 30%, rounded up to the penny, and only for models whose rates are confirmed. Unconfirmed models are not billed.

Prices are in GBP. There is no free tier and no free trial. The hard cap is on by default. It refuses extra actions, and it refuses AI usage until you set a budget or turn the cap off.

You need an account to pay. You are responsible for the people you invite into a workspace.

Payments are taken by Stripe in GBP. A subscription renews each month until you cancel from the billing page. Access continues until the end of the period already paid. Metered usage that has already been reported is still payable.

This software build refuses live Stripe keys. A deployment that is still on test keys cannot take a live card.

Do not misuse the service, read another workspace, or try to change the audit log. The audit log is append only.

The service is an alpha. Month-end tools inside the workspace are still being added. These terms do not promise a particular close time.

Nothing on this page limits a right that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
